Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy in addition to your statutory rights under UK law.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused, in its original packaging and returned with all accessories and documents supplied with the product.

Please contact support@arboleaf.co.uk before sending a return. We will confirm eligibility and provide the correct return reference and return address.

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
